Thanks to the in-app tracking feature, you can track your steps using your iOS device, either if you don't have a Withings tracker or if you've forgotten it at home. The only condition to use this feature is that you have to be the main user of your account.
To use the in-app tracking feature, perform the following steps:
- Open the Withings Health Mate™ app.
- Tap the Activity widget at the top.
- Tap Activate now.
Your iOS device will send all the steps recorded for the last seven days to the Withings Health Mate™ app.
I've forgotten my Withings tracker. What should I do?
You can temporarily activate the in-app tracking if you've forgotten your Withings device. To do so, tap the Activity widget, tap the icon with the three dots, and select I forgot my tracker.
The feature will automatically be disabled once you start wearing your tracker again.
